those four words mean so much more than just a simple conversation. so much more than just your normal everyday chit-chat. am i right?

never has that question been uttered without some sort of dreadful thinking following on the part of the person being asked to "have the talk." i mean if you wanted to tell that person something, you'd just come out and say it. but when you use those four words in combination. we= me and you; need to= absolutley have to; talk= the act or process of dealing with another to reach an agreement or an understanding.

so... by this point you've already lost your right to argue anything. you've already lost your chance to change the persons attitude. the person asking for the talk will in all likelihood already have their mind made up.

so fuck it. buck up. take one on the chin and just crawl back in your shell for a while and keep on keeping on.

but... i've had a drop in creative juices lately.

even with a plethora of new toys and upgrades.
-i have a camcorder now (woooo!)
but no way to edit the video yet, b/c my computer doesn't have fire wire.
(fire wire is used to port digital video from a dvcam to a pc and vice versa.)

At long last.

Well... after much hunting and searching for the Nintendo Wii over the last 3 months. As of Sunday February 11, 2007, 8:11am CST, I am now the proud owner of a Wii (pictured in box to the left.)

I woke up early on sunday morning (before work) and drove out to target for its 8am opening time. I got my Wii... and I later found out from another friend who slept in that all the Wii's in Baton Rouge had been sold out by 11am!

So... boy was I happy. The Wii offically was launched back in November of 2006, but since then (almost 3 months later) retailers around the country still can't keep them on the shelves nor can they sell them online.

And My conclusion, after testing the product out offically myself. (The Wii is pictured to the left here, next to the gamecube for a reference of its size.) The Wii pretty much was worth the wait! and the price. At just $250 American, It (in my mind) is a steal. I fully endorse this product. Go Nintendo.

I'm going to play my Wii.
